The forgings are made through press, hammer and up-setters route. Our expertise is in the development of intricate or composite forgings that are generally turned down by most of the companies.
From conventional old process of metal casting to latest foundry machine molding lines, we have it covered. We have developed very specialized sources of global standard for Sand Casting (Ductile & Gray Iron), Shell Castings, Investment Castings, etc.

One of the core areas of our expertise. We are experts in computer aided design through manufacturing process. Coordinating with machining vendors, we can verify toolpath programs and cnc codes to optimize the machining process and actual cutting time.
We have a closer eye on critical dimensions and geometric tolerances mentioned on the drawing. From conventional method of engineering inspection to CMM, we have it covered.
Our developed resources have state of the art machining centers. To mention just a few are cnc lathes, turn-mills, 3 to 5 Axis machining centers, cnc Laser cut, cnc wire cut etc.
Ring rolling is a particular category of metal rolling, in which a ring of smaller diameter is rolled into a precise ring of larger diameter and a reduced cross section. This is accomplished by the use of two rollers, one driven and one idle, acting on either side of the ring’s cross section.
